Equality & Diversity Policy

Creating an Inclusive Workplace

Supreme Protection Ltd is committed to fostering a workplace where every employee feels valued, respected, and able to contribute their best. Our Equality & Diversity Policy meets our legal obligations under the Equality Act 2010 and actively works to prevent discrimination, bullying, harassment, and victimisation. We provide equal opportunities to all employees — whether temporary, part-time, or full-time — and do not unlawfully discriminate on any protected characteristic, including age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief, sex, or sexual orientation. Training ensures that both managers and employees understand their rights and responsibilities, and all staff share liability for preventing discriminatory behaviour.

Behaviour, Social Media, and Cyberbullying

We expect workplace banter to remain respectful; offensive nicknames, racial slurs, suggestive commentary, or lazy stereotypes about protected groups are unacceptable. Employees are accountable for anything they publish online — staff must avoid discriminatory or offensive content that could harm colleagues or the company’s reputation. Cyberbullying through SMS, apps, social media, forums, or gaming platforms is strictly prohibited and must be reported under our procedures. Toolbox talks are delivered to help staff spot the signs early, prevent incidents, and respond appropriately to protect one another.

Reporting, Line Manager Duties and Accountability

Concerns can be raised with a line manager, with HR (hr@supremeprotection.co.uk / 020 7078 3993), or through the Security Manager App for formal online complaints. All reports are handled confidentially and retaliation is prohibited. Positive action is used — within legal limits — to address underrepresentation through targeted training and outreach, supported by ongoing monitoring of recruitment, selection, and headcount data. Line managers must stay vigilant, intervene early, model inclusive behaviour, and escalate issues appropriately. Managing Director Afsheen Rabbani owns overall implementation, while every employee is responsible for upholding the policy every day.
