This Corporate & Social Responsibility (CSR) Policy sets out how we embed social, economic, and environmental accountability into every part of our operation. We treat these responsibilities not as optional add-ons, but as integral to our business strategy, and we demonstrate them through both our actions and our wider suite of corporate policies. The policy is communicated to every employee, held at Head Office, stored in the sites folder, and published on our internal shared drive so that it remains accessible, transparent, and open to scrutiny by anyone it affects.

The Managing Director owns the implementation of the policy and is responsible for providing the resources required to deliver on these commitments, while every employee across the company shares responsibility for the day-to-day performance that brings it to life.

In practice, we strive to improve environmental performance through our Environmental Policy, manage business risk effectively, register and resolve customer complaints, and encourage colleagues to support local community organisations. We also deal honestly with suppliers, use clear contracts, avoid unfair business practices, and actively encourage our supply chain partners to adopt equally responsible policies for mutual benefit.
